I want to start a private DTH TV channel in Hindi, English, Bengali in Bengal, India. How to start?

I would like to start a private DTH TV channel in West Bengal (the office will be in West Bengal, India) and in Hindi, English, Bengali it will be broadcasted. I would like to know what will be the minimum amount of money involved and through which procedure I can proceed to know in details? Prof. A K Ghosh

You would need to talk to either the provider of your Tv or google your question... and if u get to talk to someone tell them what your channel languages wud b in...
