    Hi, Most sellers use a box designed for 33 rpm albums, they also place the 33 out of the record cover to prevent the spline from splitting. Unless you use the shipping calculator you can only ship for $3.00 which would be media mail.

I am sure you have seen the ad on tv from the post office. If it fits it ships. Just pick the right size and some bubble wrap to protect the records. And I am sure the price is pretty cheap. My source is the tv.

Do a search on ebay for "LP mailer". Or look at "bagsunlimited" . You can ship 1 lp via media mail for around 3.00 or priority for around 7-8.00. 14.50 usd for international first class. Always take the vinyl out of the cover to avoid the seams from splitting.
