EBay Buyer has a PO Box shipping address?

• I sold both rock band and guitar hero video games to a buyer as well as the guitars for the game but I noticed he has a PO Box as his shipping address and I am shipping through UPS ground. Is there a problem here, and is it possible that eBay isn't noticing? Should I ask the buyer to provide a home address? Can I still be protected against any claims of undelivered items if I print labels outside of ebay? Also, I am getting some errors when trying to print off ebay if anyone can help. First one says "Your orders having UPS shipping carrier could not be loaded. You can use PayPal shipping center to print UPS shipping labels" Then I try printing through Paypal and it wants me to link my account with UPS. I get the following error: "This User ID already exists.PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience." I remember trying to register earlier on but it never completed cause it told me paypal shipping wasn't available and now I have no way of knowing any possible user ID I may have had. How do I bypass UPS-paypal link, or what the hell does ebay want me to do?

  The best answer I can give you is that UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. There are ways to ship to a P.O. Box via UPS, but it involves methods that cannot guarantee delivery. Your buyer will have to either provide a valid street address or you'll have to get him to agree to cancel the transaction. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, ship this unless you can get a delivery confirmation! Without this, the buyer can claim that it wasn't received and you'll be out both your money and the items you're selling.
