How do I start a website of my own, and I want it to be cheap yet quality. And I want my own domain. Like .com

You can get a website up with a free .com name and free website building software to get your site up quickly for $10 per month for the hosting. Check out http://www.firstinforeview.com the hosting services suggested there give you the free domain and building software. FYI not all hosting services give you the free domain and free website building software. But the ones on this site do.
