Are There Any Free Babysitting Certification Sites Out There?

I'm really looking for a job, but the problem is that I'm only 14. I know babysitting is among the few odd jobs that someone my age is actually able to do, so that's what I'm primarily looking into. I wanted to start my own website advertising my business, but I should get certified before I do that, and my mom doesn't want to have to shell out $50 to pay for classes and tutorials for me. Does anyone know of any free certification websites that I can check out?
