Is it free to post on eBay?

Second question of ebay and when should i post the item ? ebay auction site?

• Someone won my phone item and have allready paid me on paypal comming from EBAY auction site. I got paid in 30minutes ago and quickly transfer that money to my bank. It might take 3 to 4 days to see the money in the bank. However on my scription for the telephone i said anyone who wins the item must pay in full with postage and handling aswell together. Will post item within 1 or 2 days after payment has been paid. Now my question is... the user just won right about 1 hour ago. Got paid quickly on paypal. But should i actually post the item to that person straight away or wait until i get my money into my bank ? course paypal will sent the money now to my bank but it will take 3 to 4 days from now And i indicated on the scription of the item on ebay that i will post item to the winner within 2 working days. Now whats apropiate manner... post the item straight away tomorrow or wait 2 or 3 days time? or would it really matter ?

  Look although you said in your listing that you would post the item in 2 or 3 days the thing is you have received payment for the item so there's no reason why you should not send the item immediately. If you have been paid you should not wait for the money to go into your bank account before you send the item. At the end of the day you did say the person paid you immediately so you should be doing the right thing and sending the item ASAP.
