Whats a good way to start a dog walking sevice?

  • Hey! im 15 and i need a summer job! im saving up for the new LG Xenon phone! Anywho whats a good way to start a dog walking service? How long should i walk the dog for? How much do i charge? What do i include along with walking the dog? Thanks for the help!

    I would say walk your neighbors dogs and friends dogs for free a few times, so that you can say that you are responsible and get recommendations from them (and possibly be hired on a regular basis) I added the San Francisco dog walker guidelines web site, because it has so much info. I do Dog Walking and also Animal Care. I would reccomend charging $5.00 per 30 minutes and so on... Also you could try adding Animal Care for peoples pets while they are away as well. Good on you for being very enterprising!!
