Working as a store associate?

Working pt at a pizza store owner asked if i wanted to open my own store and now acts like its not a good idea?

• ive worked there for over a year and a half and was off from about june of this year for about 3 months. when i went back the owner asked me if i would be interested in opening another store early next year, i said sure, and then we causally talked about it for about 3 weeks or so, then all of a sudden, he became a real ***. most of the people that work in the store are around 18 or 19 some a little older but for the most part about that age. im twice everyone elses age. thats why i figured he asked me, well, in the last few weeks, he has started acting like he doesnt want to open another store now, and then just the other day one of the guys who i mind you is only 17 got a key to the store, why im not sure but got one anyway, and keeps screwing up and almost got fired the other day, but some how kept his job, anyway, then one day this week, this kid screws up again and the owner tells him that he needs to bring the key back to him and the owner said he would give it to me since i am the only one who seems to be able to be there on time and who is responsible enough for a key, so anyway, today while working i was getting ready to leave and i asked him if he wanted me to take the key and he said "no i think i will just hold on to it for a while", when just 2 days ago he told me right to my face, that he was going to give me a key to the store because i was reliable. and this other kid wasnt. and on top of that this kid just came off of house arrest. My boss is very bi polar, and one min he will be yelling at someone at the top of his lungs, then the next min come out of his office and you would think that he still would be mad,but he acts like nothing is wrong. i started there over a year and a half ago as a driver, then back in june of this year i had to take some time off(personal) and then came back to work for him part time until we decided to open another store. he knows my situation and has helped me out alot over the last few months, but recently just has started to treat me like i dont exhist. he knows that i would love to have my own store, but yet he acts like he doesnt trust me. even though when ever he needs me to work, i show up at a min's notice, and will pretty much work whenever he ask. but it doesnt seem to matter what i do, and i kinda get the impression that he has changed his mind and wouldnt give a rats *** if i quit tommorow. i use to have a full time career, but can no longer do that, so that is why im working there part time to help him out for a while, and then he tells me he wants to open another store. then he starts acting like he has changed his mind. all the other KIDS in the store can SCREW up BIG time, but it just doesnt seem to matter to him what they do. I thought that i had him figured out, but just when i think that i do, he throws another piece in the puzzle and i feel like im back to square one. i dont know whether to just go with the flow until early next year and see what happens or just tell him to f off and walk out and forget it and try and find a new line of work when the time comes. i would love to have my own store but he just expects people to know things without him telling you or showing you anything and if you do ask him to show you, he acts like your a total dumb *** and acts like why are you asking questions. its a really difficult situation to deal with. and i just dont know what to do about the whole thing. if anyone has any suggestions, please please answer back.

  You have to tell him how you feel. He needs to know how much you love him. You will feel much better when you confess your hidden love, and who knows? Maybe he will find that he loves you too. Good luck, and remember to use protection!
