How does payment/shipping work on Ebay?

Would First Class eBay USPS shipping work for this envelope?

• Hello, on eBay I own a little card store and I have a question regarding shipping purchased through eBay/PayPal. According to eBay and other users their First Class shipping DOES include the tracking number and delivery confirmation that eBay needs to confirm that you send out the purchase. I've had multiple users confirm this as well; however we are all running into a snag about what exactly a First Class package/thick envelope is. According to the eBay site itself; ---> The minimum size for First-Class Mail is 5 inches long, 3-1/2 inches high and 0.007 inches thick. ---> The maximum size is 11-1/2 inches long, 6-1/8 inches high, and .75 inches thick. My goods are shipped in the following; ---> 9-1/2 inches long, 4-1/8 inches high, and a little over 0.007 inches thick (but not over .75 inches thick) Some of my fellow ebay users are telling me that because of my shipping dimensions I have to either expect my customers to be charged almost an extra $3 (so that shipping totals a little over $5) or pay more for a larger sized envelope with bubble padding so that it qualifies as a package and not a large envelope. So here is my question for you; Is my packaging fine for the eBay/USPS First Class $1.64 shipping, or do I really have to spend either $5.00 on shipping or purchase a large 'package' for my cards. Note: I sell world of warcraft trading cards; they are the size of pokemon cards. I never sell more than 4 in a shipment unless the buyer purchases more than 4 in a single stop. Thanks much.
