A good website for sellers advertising and buyers looking for info?

I am looking for a website where sellers can advertise for free or really cheap. Kind of like classified ads but free and sellers can write more and customers have some communication. I know it sounds specific lots of websites are similair but none exact. P.S. Not Ebay Thanks
