What business in Philippine is in demand?

How do I start my own business? Also What are some high demand business'?

  • Alright I'm 18 and I have always wanted to start my own business. I obviously want to be successful. Which business' are in high demand? I do not object to anything physical or that rents out a space. I like roofing, is that a high demand area? Thank you!

    Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind...what's your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing? By researching the prospect of starting your own business -- what it entails, what you need to know, helpful hints, etc -- you'll feel better prepared to take that plunge. Do something you love and know about. If you love something learn about it. Then, make sure its in demand as you said. Once, you found something. Make a business plan. Be sure its detailed. And, you can change the plan, as you go. Just try to stay on a plan. Always. Some plans are 10 pages, 17 pages, it depends. Make sure all the legal things Are taken care of. What taxes will you pay. Register a business as a DBA, LLC, S corp or other corps. With letters in front of them. Etc. Etc. As a whole, roofing probably would not be in high demand, right now. Some housing markets are falling. And, will continue to fall. With interest rates going higher. However, you may live in a area. With 2 roofers and 100,000 houses. This would be excellent. But, my town is covered with contractors. I don't really have an idea for you. On what business to start. I don't know, how much you want to invest. Or, the market your in. But, as a whole services will always be good. They are inflation tolerant. We don't know you. You could be ready to start a business. One of the first things you need to do is get an LLC, or Limited Liability Corporation. And you need to get a DBA, or a name for your company-"Doing Business As". Start your business doing something you enjoy doing, or something that's unique, but you see a need for in your community. You'll need insurance, you'll need to get bonded, and assemble some trusted friends that would be ready willing and able to become your employees, and make you money. Good Luck with that.
