Ebay question ; Is there a way of selling through ebay and making a good income?

Hi all I have been selling through ebay with pay pal for a good couple of months now and have found it (the fee's and charges) quite expensive! thus not making a great deal of money after the monthly costs! could any one let me no if there are ways of not incurring such a high outlay? thanks in advance :)

Some people are making a nice living on Ebay. Most people though just buy or sell something from time to time. If you can find a niche, advertise it right, you may do better than average. A seller I know has a lot of planes (not airplanes but model airplanes.) There are not a lot of people buying and selling in this field but he makes out well because he has things they can't find otherwise. Another gal I know refurbishes Barbies and she does well too. You may want to find a corner that you will be one of few selling in.
