you can't do much at your age. what a bummer huh? if i were you, i'd help out more often at home (or even around your neighborhood) and ask for more allowances and start saving.

Ok I got something for you, but this won't make you RICH so fast but maybe this can help. I found this article that you can actually make money on sharing images or pictures to your friends, family or to anyone in the internet and it's free. I did try this already and it's been 2 weeks now., and I'm already generating money on my account but still not yet at the amount that i could withdraw my money through paypal. Maybe in few days I guess. But if your interested try to read this article. http://zerocostwebsite.blogspot.com/2008/02/making-lots-of-money-with-shareapicnet.html

Go door to door and ask your neighbors, or put up flyers around your neighborhood/block. Tell them you're trying to earn the money for a guitar and ask if they need anything done around their houses, like a spring cleanup (raking up leaves and picking up sticks from fall/winter), having their steps or driveway swept, washing outside windows etc. Be mature, responsible and street smart: Make sure that you agree beforehand on how much you will be paid, and exactly what you will have to do. If you agree to do a job for 10 bucks and it ends up taking all weekend - well, you agreed. No one's going to bail you out. If you're being paid by the hour, do the job at an honest pace - don't drag it out to make more money. Your customers will notice, and they won't hire you again. As far as the lessons go, see whether your school offers individual music instruction. You might be able to get free lessons. Then again, you might not really need them. Sure they help, but guitar skills are 10 percent knowledge and 90 percent practice. A lot of great guitarists are self-taught - you can learn a lot from the internet (but do yourself a favor and get an electric tuner). Good luck, and I think it's great that you're earning the money yourself instead of getting a handout - trust me, the guitar will mean a LOT more to you this way!
