What should I sell on ebay? What are the bestsellers?

  • I am looking for ideas for something I can sell regularly on ebay. I have run out of stuff to sell now. I want to purchase some small products that I can easily store and package, then sell on for a bit of profit. Please tell me where I can purchase things cheap. Also I want to know what people typically look for on ebay?

As for items to sell, you can: 1. Buy bulk liquidation items such as those at Liquidation.com. The capitalization may be big, but the idea is to sell the items individually and profit from it. 2. as an avid ebayer myself... I would suggest buying things at garage sales and dollar stores. You need to get enough markup to cover shipping costs which can be tough. Don't sell books... used books is a tough buisness :-X If you really want to corner a market, think of what you might like to sell, then see if you can buy/make it for cheaper than the other ebay sellers all ready do! Go to your local music store and get a whole bunch of free band stickers that they give away in the counter. A lot of those stickers are promotional only and not sold in stores, therefore are very collectable. Also look for posters that they give away after being put up for a while, they are collectable as well. I have done that in the past when i was in college and made pretty good money, at least enough for a couple of beers for the weekend. good luck!

There are so many things on there that sell well, I couldn't begin to list them. Best thing to do is just go out there and study. Look at everything and see what sells the best. Then get a business tax ID so you can buy things wholesale. Then resell What my wife and I do, we buy overstock clothing by the pallet or truckload. we keep the clothing in storage and sell the items on ebay. We get new clothing with tags (mainly Old Navy and Gap) for about 1.25 per item because we buy so much in bulk. We easily make about 3 grand per month hardly working at all. Keep in mind that you need about 10 grand to start. As for me telling you where i buy my stuff....sorry, cant tell you. That would make you the competition.
