What are the symptoms of testicular cancer?

  • i am 14 and my nuts hurt and on the inside of my scrotum i have one fluid lump i have a tiny lumps in side of my scrotum as well so please if any one is a doctor or any one no's an thing about it please can you help me and tell me if you think i have testicular Cancer. infomation i no. about a year ago before my grandad died he told me that i mite end up with testicular cancer as my great grandad had testicular cancer. this is all the information i no. i am scared that it mite be some thing more serious so please help me i dont have a dad evea he died 5 months ago so dont have any one to tell that i mite have the symptoms of testicular Cancer.

    its probably a cyst which is harmless. Tell your mum and go to the doctor - its the only way to find out. I suspect you're gonna be embarrassed to tell your mum, but believe if it were my son i would want him to tell me.
