X-RAY TECHNICIANS?

Doctors, Nurses, Xray Technicians, please help on results or anyone who can read results on Ct Scans and MRIs?

  • Hi, Good day... I need help since Im not a doctor, or nurse or Xray Technician, Im not related to all the terms used on the results and had them spelled over the phone, so am sorry if there is incorrect spelling. My grandad had an MRI and a CT Scan, the results were... 1. Approximately 1.7cm retention cysts projecting at the right maxillary floor. 2. Aproximately 2.7 cm x 1.attenuatednuated no enhancingprojectingecting at the pancreas head causing anterior bulging contour on dynamic IV contrast images. ... it says that it has a mitotic process Approximately two .5 benign cystsprojectingg at the right upper renal pole. If by any chance you do know how to atleast guess or read this results any help will be thanked. Hes going to the doctor tomorrow anyway, but my grandma and are so worried we much likely would like opinions as to what expect tomorrow, we do know there are going to be biopsy done. Thanks in advance.. Warm thoughts from Puerto Rico. ;)

  • Answer:

He has a decent sized cyst in his sinus. He has several cysts in his kidney, but he probably doesn’t even notice them. Unfortunately, on #2 you have left out important words and you do not say which words go with which study so it is impossible to say what was found. I know you are desperate for answers, but guessing is really pointless and does nothing to help you in the long run. I hope everything goes well.
