Can MRSA be spread when the person has it only in their blood? ?

If someone has mrsa in their blood, but no current outbreak or skin infection right now, can I still catch it? Does it spread like HIV, or can it be spread by kissing, ect..

It is a bacteria. It can be spread the same way all bacterias spread, and that does include kissing, etc.
