Why do my hip joints hurt?

I feel like I am physically deteriorating as in my joints are weakening??Help?

  • Hi, well it started about 2-3 weeks ago I was leaning on my left shoulder and I felt a little pain and then the next couple days it felt a little loose and there is a little crunching sound of tissue or something on the top of my shoulder where the joints are. It clicks everytime and when i move my hand back like the position when throwing a football i feel like a little something a bone or something moves back but its painless and it worries me that maybe sometimes like missing there. also about 2 days ago my hip's been hurting it makes a little grinding sound sometimes not often but it hasn't been intense pain but sorenes. and my knee joints hurt sometimes and my neck feels like its strained because i kind of pulled a muscle or something. oh yes and my right shoulder i disloated 3 times a while back and im getting surgery on that soon. AHHH HELLPPP IDK WHAT TO DOO i'm like a the lowest point of physical health right now, i was at my all time peak last year strong and fit and now after my shoulder dislocatin injury all my other joints are loosening and paining a bit. SORRY THIS IS SOOO LONG thanks!!

  • Answer:

Not cancer, but honestly, it sounds like you need a new mattress. If your shoulder hurts from dislocation, you probably are sleeping "off" also and that will cause other problems with your joints and muscles. Everyone sometimes "hears" the grinding of joints, especially when they're sore and stiff.
