When you are very stressed out, do you lose your appetite?

My appetite has increased more than ussual, is it normal ?

  • I've been stressed and anxious for a while, but I used to lose appetite, now even if I eat enough, latter on I'm real hungry, I'm not not over weight or obese, so what could it be ???

    Are you working out? Working out can increase your appetite because you need to restore energy. Being stressed or anxious can also take a lot out of you. And actually if you aren't working out, maybe try that and that'll help with your stress. I don't think having an appetite is anything to worry about, just make sure it doesn't make you start to over eat.
