I don't understand why docs live and die by lab results for thyroid. And if your numbers aren't within the limits set, they give a synthetic replacement. In my experience this doesn't help a thing. I feel no differently if I take the pill or not. Thyroid for me is not a big problem, or I refuse to believe it is, and I'm fine. If you don't feel right, search for other causes. When I first thought my thyroid was off, I tested normally. Years later it was off, and years after that, I quit caring, lol
