Well, unless you drive with your head hanging out the window, you're not going to get skin cancer from driving. Car windows have uv coating on them. That's why transition lense glasses don't darken in the car. It's probably just a mole. Look up cancerous moles. I'd almost bet if your mole looked as gross as them, you'd at least keep it bandaged...cause they're nasty looking.

Where did you get the expertise to diagnose a melanoma from an innocent nevus? This is something pathologists sweat sometimes over for days! The only thing that would predispose you to skin cancer is your pale complexion. But have you been exposed to excessive and intense quantities of sunlight recently? Anyhow: please be advised that some melanomas are one of the most aggressive cancers known to man So please keep waiting and being scared.
