Does the instyler damage your hair?

I want to sue my hair dresser for severe damage. and when i say severe i mean ALL my hair had to be cut off.?

• I asked the hair dresser to change my color from dark brown to a little lighter then my natual color, so sandy blonde(lauren conrad). She asked if i had color on it i said yes from about 4 mnths ago. she then says she is putting conditioner on my roots. next thing i know its all over and i ask if that was my color. she said no im stripping your hair. I have never stripped my hair&she did it without asking me. must i remind you my hair is fine and thin. She washes my hair out 15 mins later. I then see my hair and its completely damaged/noodled. I have never had my hair stripped so i didnt know what to expect. She then proceeded to put color(HIGH VOLUME BLEACH) on my hair. Took an hour to finally complete it. she then sticks me under a heater for 15 mins. rinses it out asks suspicious then takes me back to the chair. I went from a dark brown to platinum blonde with orange streeks. My hair felt like a mop, brittle frizzed and dead. She then decided to BLOW DRY MY HAIR(which u do not do to chemically damaged hair) and brushed my hair and mats and balls of my hair just kept falling out. wasnt even sorry or apologetic about completly ruining my hair. Today i went to a friend i know(Stylist) her and her co-workers say its the worst they have EVER seen. she then said i would inbvest in the tape extensions and a wig. My hair will keep falling out even with all the moiturizing,care and treatment i do. I just want to know if this can hold up in small claims court. I have wintess', pictures(evidence) there will be no talking to the owner-she was there, saw everything that happened and didnt say one word.
