How can I hold my little sister for doctor to do job?

• My parents are in travel and my little 7 years old sister has got sick. last day I got her to the clinic and the doctor gave 2 shot to inject. I couldn't convince her to lie on the bed so I sat on the chair bared her back and bend her on my feet. during the injection she only screamed and shaked her feet so the doctor couldn't finish and I put it out I turned over her and the doctor finished from the side I have some questions? 1- Why does she start crying before the injection start? 2- How can I hold her properly?I only can hold her hands with one of my hands and push her back down on my feet with the other. but how about her feet? 3- Why she can't walk properly?and how many days does it takes? please guide me more about the question 2, Can I pull her panties down and take her standing up hold her hands in front and doctor inject or I should bend her on my feet. How hold her feet not allowing to shake more? this is my first experience and I don't know what to do. I only have seen it when my parents do. I think the injections are peniciline because they are white powder. 2 hours ago - 4 days left to answer. My grand father passed out. they went to the other city. (we don't live in USA we are in asia) She says is bottom pains when walking. she doesn't accept the nurses she only hugs me. she starts crying exactly we enter the injection room. she doesn't loosen her *** and doctor compels to put the needle out 2 ot 3 time inject both sides to finish. I'm afraid of breaking the needle during her shaking
