Hair net! You can add bows or clips but most are just standard :)

A hairnet. You don't have to wear a bow, but most people do.

A hairnet.... silly goose!

Do you mean a show bow or a hair net?

This "thing" is called a SCRUNCHIE" - you can also add a clip to hold it in place or decorate it yourself with a ribbon, bow or slide(in America I think that is a burret???) You usually wear a hair net to hold all the hair in place under you riding hat - just to make it tidy.

a scrunchie? x

Many people call them Snoods, but I have seen them called French Show Clips, Show Buns, etc. Example of a Snood: http://cgi.ebay.com/Black-Diamond-Horse-Show-Bow-Snood-Hair-Clip-Net-/160480759148?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item255d660d6c#ht_500wt_922
