I suggest a 15" seat, but i dont know you personaly. I dont know how big your butt is (sorry dont mean to be rude but it does factor in that your bums size is important to figure out what size saddle to buy lol). The best thing to do is just go to a tack shop and try different sizes to see what suits you best.
Best thing you can do is to call a saddler to come out with quite a few different saddles to try on you and the horse. Horses are all different shapes and sizes and the fit of the saddle is vital.
