Who are some famous horse riders that jump?

What horse do you think would be best for this situation?

  • My trainer wants a horse that would be good for advanced-beginner riders. A horse that can w/t/c and jump. Trail rides too. Also, hopefully fairly easy to ride. And we don't want a horse that would take advantage of the rider. We want one that would give us the confidence to advance in our riding. Who is your favorite out of these? http://www.horsetopia.com/for-sale/classifieds/ad409353 http://www.horsetopia.com/for-sale/classifieds/ad403236 http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-969542.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-969509.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-850388.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-914155.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-952183.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-938469.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-758012.html http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-932117.html Thank you!!!

Nobody is going to look at all of those. I will give you some tips from what I looked at. Some tbs cam be hot headed so make sure you go look and see them. Don't get antthing younger than 7 years old. At 7 they only have 3years of training most of the time. Make sure you go see the horses. Ask if you could lease one for a while and if it didn't work out return it. Edit I got bored so I looked at them all. They are in order so the 1st link is number 1 etc. 1 a little old but otherwise nice 2 little old and big so he could be hard to control 3 too young 4 too old 5 nice 6 cribber can lead to problems even with collar 7 too old 8 too old 9 little old but nice 10 good but some mares can be moody 11 belgans don't jump very well 12 Arabians can be really hot headed and moody 13 too old and short 14 nice and my favorite 15 short 16 mares can be moody 17 short Good luck on getting your first horse.

Considering your interests I'd goo look at the following: #2 #4 #7 Additional Details: #6- very reasonably priced and looks like an absolute pleasure to ride Also if I were you I wouldn't be looking for anything younger that 10yrs for a lesson horse. You need a seasoned horse.

Chelsea

well really you should ( or your trainer) go out and see the horse. Some people say its so good, when its horrible. See what one fits what you need best. Best of luck! :)
