Does anyone know of some good christian songs about losing a loved one?

Early this morning I got a call that my grandfather had passed away from a massive heart attack. It was the most tragic news I had ever gotten in my whole life and Im still in shambles. He was truly the rock of my family and will surely be missed. But I know that he would want me to be strong and rejoice about his homecoming so I have already made plans to sing a special for him at his church this Sunday. Does anyone have any ideas of some good christian songs that would be great for this occasion?
