I'm trying to write a song?

Im trying to write a song for a girl i really really like, but i dont know how to start it. Any ideas?

    dont be so literal in your words. research comparitves, metaphors and alternative grammar. it doesnt have to rhyme to be a good song. just that it flows. Dont write a song that would make you cry half way though singing it. Just be honest with them and yourself. so first write what you feel literally section it. find a different way of saying it. Example of bands that use great comparitives is deftones. look for songs like knife prty, didgital bath or diamond eyes for great example of metaphoric and comparitive expressions.
