How do you get the songs from your iPod onto the iTunes library?

I have diff songs on my itunes library than my ipod. how do i get my intunes lirbary on my ipod?

    before you drag the songs, you have to make sure that you check the box that says "manage iPod manually" instead of automatically or something like that.

1. Plug in iPod, Itunes will come up. 2. Click the iPod logo in iTunes if it is not already selected 3. Go to settings/manage and make sure that the box that reads manually add music is selected. 4. Go to the iTunes music folder and highlight what songs you want. (Shift+click and Ctrl+click is helpful) and then drag those songs to the iPod. 5. Wait until the iPod is done adding the songs, and then hit the eject button next to the iPod logo. 6. Listen to the music

when your ipod is connected to comp it should show in itunes. than drag the songs from your itunes folder onto your ipod.
