How do you know if you're singing in tune?

I think i know why im out of tune......??????????

• Hi , If you try and go out of your vocal range will you be out of tune when singing......???????? Cause i have a program on my computer called 'Canta' its a panio and i was humming a few notes and they sounded spot on in tune.... When i was singing Justin Bieber - One Time i was out of tune. So could i be going out of my vocal range......?????????????

  yes. that could be why. often when you move out of your range and into falsetto, whistle tone or super head voice, or anything like that, your voice is harder to control and will often go off pitch. practice with this should fix it. hope that helps :)
