How can you become a pop singer in a country you don't live in now?

Hello I am 15 years old and I live in the states I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice for this question. Also I would like to become a pop singer in Turkey ( yes I know the language) most likely be like Tarkan. Any anwsers will help Thank you! :)

It helps if you live there. But by using sites like Youtube, you can start to create a fan base in Turkey.

It takes millions of dollars for promotion,advertising etc........ . Nobody is going to make you famous "free of charge" . What you want involves economics to make it happen . Also is your singing at a professional level to make a recording ?
