Well you could scream alot first, but that could do permanent damage to your vocal chords... so it's probably not a great idea. If you do breathing exercises and learn to use your diaphragm or "dump muscles" properly (the muscles you use when you're... well, the name should be pretty self-explanitory) you can get the same effect.
