How to get voice/ singing voice back? weekend in d-land = lost voice?

Hi i was in disneyland w/ my band this weekend. 3 days!! I have hardly any voice left. I have a voice lesson tomorrow.. and a concert on saturday. Should i be singnign at all? any tips on how to get my voice back. and how to prevent losing my voice while screaming?

As someone who just did an entire week of gigs, I can relate. But, you shouldn't not have a voice after just three days. Just try to do as little talking and singing as possible, and try to get as much sleep as you can (About 8-10+ hours). Sleep is single-handedly the best way to heal the vocal cords when performing back-to-back or otherwise. As for the screaming, any sort of tension while singing should be in your diaphragm, never your throat.
