What age does your singing voice fully develop?

Is it possible to develop a singing voice?

• I understand singing is a God given talent but I really want to develop a decent singing voice. I'm thinking of taking lessons from a vocal coach but I'm not too sure if I'm going to be able to afford it. Can you suggest any websites or videos? By the way, I'm 15 and I'm also kind of in the middle of puberty so my voice still changing a little bit. Does this have any impact on singing?

  I don't know if you're a boy or a girl, but keep in mind that the voice is like an instrument. Some people have god-given talent but some need to work at it, like playing piano or guitar. What you can do on your own to help with your singing is to get an instrument if you have one and really listen to each note and try to sing some scales and become accustomed to singing notes before words. If an instrument is too expensive, and I know they can be, look up someone even playing a scale or something on youtube and sing your do re mis. It's important to be aware of the sound you're supposed to make instead of only with vocals ina song, because sometimes you can misinterperet or the singer you're trying to imitate can be flat too. If you're a girl the changing voice shouldn't be too extreme, but if you're a guy I wouldn't know. Good luck! Hope I helped :)
