How To get noticed in singing?

Ok I Love to sing! I Tried Out For three agencies! They all liked My Voice but the problem is that they ask for money. & i personally don't have that kind of money their asking for? what can i do to get noticed? & for me too get noticed do i have to pay? help?

This is what I would do personally: Start playin in small clubs and cafe's. That'll at least get you noticed. I would reccomend start writing some songs, maybe even make a band. Making a band might be heard, but depends on what genre you like to sing. There may be small recording studios around your area. The one here I can rent out a place for about 20 dollars an hour. Eventually if you make a CD, you give them to an agency, and you will eventually get a contract:)
