How do you know if you're singing in tune?

Am I singing in tune?

  • I song VIsion of Love by Mariah Carey. I want to know if I am in tune or if i am 100% out of tune. Can you tell me? Alos, I know i sound really bad. I'm 22 years old (male). Do you think I have potential to sing better or am I so bad that I don't have a chance? I really want to sing better but I also need to work on being in tune too. Please let me know.     U have potential again with voice trying&try picking a different song [not Mariah Carey] but something for male vocals [recommend a Goo Goo Dolls song or Lifehouse?]

to be honest ur bad. but u can improve. i was just as bad as you but i got better after i took vocal lessons which i recommend to you! :) i even got good to the point where i sang in front of about a hundred people! YAY ME!!!! any one can get better at singing as long as they try and put effort! trust me!
