    Vibrato is the natural vibrations of the voice, and it should occur naturally in a healthy voice. If you are using proper technique, the voice naturally has a vibrato. Some singers have more noticeable vibrato than others, but everyone has it as it is natural (in some voices, it can not be detected by the naked ear). So just sing with proper technique and it will come. I think it's a bad idea to "create" vibrato because then it goes to the tremolo sound, or wobble, and you don't want that.

Vibrato in the singing voice is a result of proper support and breathing allowing for a release of tunsion in the throat and a full spin in the sound. Many singers fake vibrato by manipulating their throat to create a sound similar to what they are used to hearing, but real vibrato comes from an open, realxed throat and healthy vocal cords that open and close fully.

yes, to those who naturally have it. You need to exercise your voice. To get vibrato if you don't already have it, you must make your voice strong. If your singing is flimsy it will not come easily. Also, do not try to push to vibrato out, or it will not sound right, you'll sound like a broken record! gl

If you don't have it naturally, you shouldn't be using it. It comes naturally to some. if you're moving your mouth/throat in some weird way to get it, you don't have it naturally and that's not considered a great thing. ^^
