This happened to me two years ago, I'm completely better now. This is what i did. First, go see an ear, nose and throat doctor. You might have nodes or severe vocal damage and a dr. will be able to look at your vocal chords and diagnose you. Also, you should go on vocal rest, no talking or singing. Try this for as long as you can. Then, get lessons. A good teacher will teach you how to keep your voice healthy. He/she will also teach you proper technique so your voice will improve overall. Good luck and feel better!!

You're just thinking about it too much, try to focus singing naturally and it should come back. It also be a good idea to attempt to extend your range so the notes that are high for you right now become more smoother. Before, I used to always want to sing good vibrato because then only time I do is on accident or when I don't even try and when I did try, it was terrible. Eventually you will pick it up more naturally.

practice everyday. And dont practice too long. You probably strained your voice drink alot of water or a drink that doesn't make your throat dry. Especially when your practicing. This happended to me and it might take some time but it will work trust me. O and try not to yell to much. It took me about a month but make sure you don't over work your voice. I know it sounds like a long time but trust me it will be worth it. And if it ever happens again do the same thing and it probubly will not happen again if you don't strain your voice. Hope it helps, Jessie

You may be at an age when your vocal mechanics change a little. Give it a few months and it will return, might even have a pleasant ping to it after the change completes. Could be a good thing. PS: I love women who can sing.

Drink warm water (not hot), and rest your voice for a few weeks. Then exercise it daily a little at a time increasing your singing times gradually rather than all at once.

dont use your voice for a long period of time and drink more liquid, i think that it would help you to get it back,
