How do I find local bands?

How can i find out about bands playing in Boston like Allstar Weekend or Before You Exit?

  • A couple of days ago I went to an Allstar weekend concert at the House of Blues and some bands performed that I've never heard of: the Composure, Hollywood Ending, Before You Exit, and The After Party. I really liked them especially Before You Exit. I was trying to find somewhere or an event where I can discover even more bands like these but I don't know where they would be performing or when. If anyone knows a good location or something where a lot of alternative pop bands would play in Boston or around there could you please answer? thanks!

    You should check out the Vans Warped Tour, they have a lot of different bands and different types of music. They will be in Boston July 19.
