What are some artists similar to The Strokes?

Any good indie/folk bands or artists?

  • I like to listen to less popular bands and artists, but I listen to these, just to give you an idea: Vampire Weekend, Mumford & Sons, Noah and the Whale, The Vaccines, The Drums, The Wombats, Great Lake Swimmers, William Fitzsimmons, The Strokes, Maps and Atlases, The Kooks, Pete and the Pirates, Kings of Leon, Kasabian, James, Foster the People, Friendly Fires, Darwin Deez and Bombay Bicycle Club. Any recommended bands or artists? Much appreciated.
