What career can you do by making videos?

Is this a good career choice?

• I have been playing guitar since september 2007 and I was 11 then so I am now 15 (16 in april) and I was wondering because I was planning on making a career in music what were some good steps to take. I am now Grade 5 with rockschool and I take an exam every year so when I am 18 I hope to be Grade 8. Am I making good progress so far with this or should I be a higher grade? I have watched many videos and read many interviews and a lot of members of famous bands seem to have been in a band at school and I haven't been. But lots of other pupils (not just my friends) tell me I am the best at my school of 1800 people. So my overall question is Am I likely to make a career in music or should I decide to forge a different career path?

  this is very interesting to me because i want to be in a band. i want to play guitar but i don't even know the first thing. i already have songs written but i have no music to the lyrics. i study avenged sevenfold and watch how they put stuff together. i need a singer a really good lead guitarist and a kick *** drummer. so far i have an okay guitarist and a drummer who needs lessons. i have no singer and i am the writer. i am stuck there and don't know what to do. i wish i could help you but as you see i am in the same place of mind. could you help me? my email is [email protected] and i would appreciate your help on everything
