smells like teen spirit has a easy solo try sanitarium or fade to black or one The ocean by zeppelin is fun and easy The solos for Nothing Else Matters by Metallica, I Believe In a Thing Called Love by The Darkness and You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC are pretty easy and good. Also, Californication by RHCP was the first solo i ever learned, give 'er a try.

Im more of a bass player, but I do play guitar. Id recommend maybe some Breaking Benjamin or Three Days Grace solos, maybe some solos by Disturbed, Escape the Fate, Chevelle. The solo to Bad company cover by Five Finger Death Punch is a pretty cool solo and is mostly arpeggios. Id give that a shot. Hope I helped:)
