Fake beats by Dr Dre?

My friend really wants the beats tour by dr dre and there's a website called dealextreme that sells them for 26 dollars could he get the real ones from best buy and swap out the headphones only and return the box with out any body suspecting it or how could he return it will they open the box themselves and check. No hate comments please. Can someone just answer my question I really dont want facts lol.. If he returns them at besbuy will they open or check the box themselves
