Which 90s rapper had the best flow, and who had the best lyrical content, and your favourite songs by them?

Best flow - Big Best lyrical content - NAS

When i think of 90's rappers Biggie and Tupac always come first. I also liked Big'L, DrDre, etc but Biggie/Tupac def gotta be first on my list.

Big & Pac in the 90's of course, and you could probably put Nas in there too. Biggie: The What (w/ Method Man) Pac: I Don't Give a F^^k Nas: Poppa Was a Playa & Book of Rhymes (weren't from the 90s, but those are my faves from him)
