Can someone help me with the time signature for "Underground/Ken Kaniff from Eminem's Relapse? I can't feel it?

For some reason my brain can't process the beat for this song. Could someone help me out with this by posting a chord chart with the time signature or talking me through the beat? It would be greatly appreciated.
