How can I become a rapper?

I have a dream to become a rapper. I'm 13 and rap has always been in my life. Especially because I grew up in Stockton, CA. I feel like no matter what happens rap is always there for me. I rap when I am alone and I don't tell people I want to be a rapper. I am good at freestyling and am inspired by West Coast rappers. I want to know how I can get recognized. I do not listen to wack nowadays rappers. Any advice?
