How can i make my music video look as professionally done as possible, at home.?

I am an upcoming artist who wants to start makign my own music videos by myself (because i am low on funds) i need help on the things that i NEED though. 1. how important is lighting? (i know this is a crazy question) can i just get a bundle of lightbulbs and lamps from my house and make that my source of lighting for my video? what makes lighting so important? and how cani make lighting good in my house? 2. What legal percautions do i need to take? 3. how can i make it look as PROFFESIONALLY done as possible 4. Can you send me some links on some amature artists who made music video's on their own please? 5. What kind of software do you all use? 6. if there is anything i left out, please tell me everything you know about doing this!
