What are some good guitar sheet music books?

I'm a beginner getting an electric guitar, and I was wondering what are the names of some good sheet music books I should get? Also I know this question is probably really dumb but is electric guitar sheet music the same as guitar sheet music like as in the same notes? I would prefer a book that taught you how to read the notes but also had classic rock songs you could play in it :)

Mel Bay's Method is a very good line of books on how to read notes and play your instrument. I don't think he has any books with classic rock, but there are thousands of tab books of various classic rock bands or compilations. And yes. Electric guitar sheet music is the same as acoustic or folk music. However, electric guitar's sheet music is more often tab then actual notation.
