What are some good techno artists/songs WITHOUT lyrics preferably?

Im just starting out in the "techno world" and im having trouble finding some good things to listen to. Can anyone recommend good techno artists/songs? The more hardcore the better :D and i dont really care, but i would preffer songs without lyrics. If its a good song, i dont care if it has lyrics. THANKS!
