What is this song? The chorus has a part that sounds like whoa oh oh oh oh oh -pause- whoa oh oh oh oh?

• It sounds sort of like Beyonce, maybe a little younger. It's a fast paced, popular song. Maybe they are saying something that sounds like the whoa-oh-oh, etc. I just know it sounds like an African American female singer, it's hip hop type pop music. They play it in the mall and it was on a playlist in my gym class, so I know it's popular. The song goes in pitch order: Whoa (medium), Oh (higher), Oh (lower), Oh (lower), Oh (lower), Oh (higher) --pause-- Whoa (medium), Oh (higher), Oh(lower), Oh (lower), Oh(lower,stops). The female singer then commences to sing the hip hop type rapping(like a Beyonce or Destinys Child type song), but I can't remember any other part of this song...Please give me suggestions to look at please! It's not Till the World Ends by Britney Spears...its not Tik Tok by Kesha, it's not Lady Gaga, and it's not Single Ladies. I think it came out in 2010, but it's been played regularly the past couple years and still is played presently. I heard it at Nordstrom mall.
